These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 52bd ("Platform", "we", "us") and users of this platform ("you", "member", "player"). By using the 52bd website or related services, you fully agree to these terms.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus. Before withdrawing, you will need to wager a total of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account, per device or per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

The 52bd VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is determined based on your overall gaming activity. 52bd reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on 52bd are conducted in a safe, fair and transparent environment. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• Bets from rounds cancelled due to technical errors will be refunded.
• 52bd is not liable for issues arising from internet connection disruptions.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, 52bd's system logs will be considered final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules relating to events apply for betting on cricket, football and other sports. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though exceptions may apply depending on the terms of specific markets.

6.3 Technical Errors

52bd reserves the right to void results or funds displayed incorrectly due to software or hardware errors. Any abnormal amounts credited due to technical issues will be corrected.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information.
• Bonus abuse or conducting bonus arbitrage activities.
• Attempting hacking, cheating or software manipulation.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players to commit fraud.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment account.
• Using automated bots or scripts.
• Creating or operating an account while being a minor.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Rights of 52bd

52bd may suspend, restrict or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• If illegal activity is suspected.
• Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any outstanding balance will be paid in accordance with the rules, unless an active investigation is ongoing.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

52bd follows a separate policy regarding accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. An inactivity fee may be applied where applicable, and the relevant player will be notified by email in advance.
